It’s Sunday, October 9, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Commodore Barry Arts & Cultural Center, 6815 Emlen Street in Philadelphia’s Mount Airy neighborhood–just a short walk from SEPTA’s Carpenter station.

Hosted in conjunction with the Philadelphia Ceili Group, the annual general meeting of Comhaltas’ Philadelphia-Delaware Valley branch features tunes by John and Jimmy McGillian, Chris Brennan Hagy, Kathy DeAngelo and Dennis Gormley, kids from the Next Generation youth musical group, and more. 

Dance the afternoon through! There’ll be snacks, along with food provided by the Barry Club. Take your chances with a 50-50 drawing.
